Your Family Will Automatically 'Drift' With the Current of the Family Culture You've ALREADY Created...

Intentional parents plant the family culture they want. Unintentional parents just allow the weeds to grow.

Your family will naturally 'drift' and coast with the culture you've already created (or allowed to grow like weeds).

The GREAT news is family culture can be INTENTIONALLY cultivated, just like a garden. YOU get to decide what you want to grow, and what weeds you need to pull out.

Who Are We?

Rachel is an (sometimes overly) ambitious mother of seven children who likes to challenge herself to see how much she can accomplish. That currently includes homeschooling, managing a six-figure business, and traveling to 50+ countries with her family, plus planning and leading trips for youth and families.

She loves to read, learn, and travel, and create or source resources for her children to get the best education possible, which most often includes incredible experiences around the globe.

She's married to her best-friend and lover and in March 2023 they celebrated 22 years of marriage on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey.

Who Are We?

Greg moved out at the age of 16 and difficult personal challenges forced him to develop responsibility, discipline, and self-mastery at a young age — qualities that later shaped the man, husband, and mentor he is today..

His search for answers to life's biggest questions has led to a lifelong pursuit and passion for learning, mentoring, and personal growth. Today, he shares those hard-earned lessons with teens and young adults in a way that’s grounded, practical, and deeply human.

Greg is married to his best friend, they have seven children, and as a family they’ve lived, traveled, and taught in over 70 countries across five continents. This global perspective, combined with years of teaching and mentoring, gives students a rare opportunity to learn from someone who has lived what he teaches.

Teens don’t just see Greg as a teacher — they see him as a mentor who listens, challenges them to think for themselves, and models the kind of life most young people actually want to build.
