We had the best time with your family and the other members of the group

You and Greg went above and beyond planning and executing the whole week.

I'm 100% sure that a day has gone by since the trip where some part of the conversation hasn't turned to our time spent with you all.

Our kids think the world of your kids and so do my husband and I. You and Greg are stellar people and our whole family counts you as dear friends now.

Thank you for one of the most meaningful weeks our family has ever experienced together. We can't wait to cross paths again on another adventure!

Lessons from that trip just keep coming.

Yesterday afternoon and evening my kids kept fighting and I kept responding calmly, but after awhile I was feeling really worn out by it.

After one incident, I felt so emotionally exhausted that I felt like crying. But it brought back the same feeling I had during our trip on the last day when I had made it up the hill and had more more obstacle to get through.

I knew I had to keep going and so I stopped the tears that were ready to come by taking a couple of physiological breaths. On the hill, the emotions stemmed from physical exhaustion. Now at home, they were emotional and spiritual. But the feeling was the same! So I took the same approach, took a couple of breaths and it really helped me.

I've told people that the lessons from that trip just keep coming. Thank you again for planning, leading, and everything that went into that experience!

This is the second trip our teens have participated in and we are always so excited to have them attend knowing they are coming back as new people!

I wanted to send a note to say thank you for leading the recent trip for teens. We are so grateful for you guys. We appreciate you so much. It was a really special time for them and they appreciated it immensely.

It was so impactful and the teens didn't stop talking about them for weeks and they came away with new perspectives and a vision for their lives.
